Burn

Posted by Keith on 7th December 2009

I would also like to put in writing the story I told you recently regarding some amazingly good results that I had recently from using FLP Aloe Vera products.  I burned my hand rather badly on the red-hot element of my cooker grill at home.  I put it under the cold water tap immediately for a few minutes to stop it literally “cooking”, and then covered it with Aloe Vera Gel.  This immediately took the pain away, and I ignored it for the rest of the evening.  However, later in the evening it was apparent that it was quite a bad burn

I continued to put Aloe Vera Gel on it at least twice a day for a couple of days, and then followed that up with Aloe Propolis cream twice a day, which I continued for about 7 – 10 days.  The effect of this treatment was that I had literally no pain from the burn at all, and no blistering.  The skin did break at one stage, but basically it healed remarkably quickly, and by the end of the first week, I was just left with a pink mark on my hand!  After three weeks, this pink area is now fading fast, and it looks like it will heal with practically no scarring.  I’m sure that without the Aloe Vera, it would have been much more painful, taken a lot longer to heal, and would almost definitely have left a very noticeable scar.

Conclusion:  Brilliant success story, and Thank Goodness for FLP Aloe Vera!

My name is Jayne Digney

I have suffered from severe Rheumatoid Arthritis for over 20 years & about 18 months ago I attended a talk on the history and benefits of Aloe Vera.

At that time I had been taken off my main medication (VIOXX) due, I was told, to fatal side effects!  The medication they replaced VIOXX with also had ‘side effects’ that I found very disturbing.

So I thought what have I got to lose by trying Aloe Vera?  I started to drink the FLP Aloe Vera Gel, which I have been taking ever since and the outcome is remarkable for me.  I have had no joint problems & no pain now for 18 months and when I had my last check-up at Addenbrookes Hospital in January 2006, the consultant was amazed that all I was taking was FLP Aloe Vera Gel and discharged me.  He has since written to me stating that they are looking at using FLP Aloe Vera Gel in trials for Rheumatoid Arthritis sufferers.

After trying more of the FLP products for me and my family and getting great benefits from them, I decided to get involved in the business side of the company, which I have been doing since January 2006.

The business has really given me confidence; you meet so many friendly and helpful people and the trainings are fantastic, you get so much information and advice from them and you can do as little or as much as you wish.

If you are sceptical about these products, that’s fine – so was I !! However, I can only state that in my opinion, this company Forever Living Products, is a true lifestyle organisation.  I have my health back, no pain and a fun business that I can fit around my children, family  and friends                       Oct 2006

Cerebral Palsy & independent

Posted by Keith on 4th December 2009

“I am Dr Lin Berwick MBE, I am totally blind, have Cerebral Palsy and am a permanent wheelchair user.

My background is that that of President & Founder of the Lin Berwick Trust (www.thelinberwicktrust.org.uk). I am also a telephone councillor for the leading disability newspaper ‘Disability Now’.

I have published two books and am a member of the Chartered Institute of Journalists.

I became involved in Complementary medicines due to some very bad experiences when taking conventional drugs. People like me, with brain damage, often have a poor reaction to chemical drugs, so I have always had a deep empathy with all things natural.

Why did I join Forever Living?

I first met Keith & Mary with a view to transcribing the FLP literature into Braille (this is part of what I do for a living) and I was so impressed with the products that I decided to buy some. I thought the FLP Aloe Vera Gelly would have a good result for my painful skin (sitting in a wheelchair all day is arduous on the bottom!)

I was absolutely right, it is the best product I have used, my skin is no longer red and there is much less soreness and general irritation.  Although I sit on pressure cushions, they can affect the skin, especially in hot weather, due to perspiration.

I have begun recommending these products to others with disabilities and the FLP Propolis crème has been particularly helpful to those who suffer from suppuration of the skin. I have now used a total of seven products from the range and have gained benefit from them all, in particular the FLP tooth gel which leaves my teeth squeaky clean and it helped my sore throat when I had a virus.

I have now decided to work tirelessly to build a business marketing these products, as I need 24/7 care, which is very costly. Achieving this will help me build a quality of life again.

If there are people with disabilities out there looking to increase their income but may not be able to work full-time, do contact me on email
